What can I expect from my personal trainer?
Body fat analysis, Weight Monitoring, Nutritional Counseling, and a Personally Designed Exercise Program.
How long will my personal training sessions last?
Each session lasts 1 hour.
What does a 1-hour session consist of?
Warm-up, Resistance Training, Abdominals and Low Back, and Stretch and Cool Down. These are the basics, every person is different and every program is different.
What are the benefits of working out in my home?
Convenience, Less Distractions and More Focus, No Waiting for Equipment, Personal One on One Attention, and it’s Confidential.
If I do not own any exercise equipment will a trainer be able to train me in my home?
We provide all the necessary equipment for you to achieve your fitness goals.
What are your policies & procedures?
We have a documented policy explaining our services, costs, cancellations, length of contract, & emergency procedures. We also require a medical clearance form to be completed by a physician before beginning a workout program with clients who have health problems, injuries, disabilities, any woman who is pregnant, or any woman that has recently given birth (We will not workout a woman that has given birth less than 6 weeks prior without a her OBGYN’s consent).
